 Salian Commercial employs LEED® Accredited Professionals with many years of solid engineering and construction experience. They've been LEED® consultants, and Primary LEED® Coordinators, on seven LEED® certified projects totaling over 2 million SF valued at over $255 M.The group is led by Dan Sammartano who was the primary LEED® coordinator on the platinum certified Alberici Headquarters.
Staff members hold memberships with the Associated General Contractors of America, U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED® Sustainable Sites Technical Advisory Group, St. Louis Sustainable Buildings Co-op, and the St. Louis Regional Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council.

 Dan Sammartano has been a LEED® Accredited Professional since May of 2003. He’s a LEED®-NC trainer and has been a feature speaker serving many professional groups, business groups, and at conferences on topics in sustainable design, construction, and LEED® certification. Groups include the Associated General Contractors of America, the St. Louis Engineers Circle Club, Commercial Real Estate Women, Greening the Heartland in Chicago, Green Drinks St. Louis, Missouri Waste Control Coalition, St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers, World Entrepreneurs’ Organization, US Green Building Council St. Louis Chapter, Concrete Council, Missouri Botanical Garden, Ladue Garden Club, National Electrical Contractors Association, and numerous local school groups, among others. Mr. Sammartano has also appeared in several television productions as a featured speaker including STL Biz and Living St. Louis on KETC Channel 9. He’s regularly sought after for quotes in newspapers and nationally published magazines.
